Kutacane, Southeast Aceh, (Antaranews Aceh) - State-owned electricity company PT PLN said electrification ratio has reached 100 percent in the district of Southeast Aceh.
"Southeast Aceh has been fully electrified . No more village is without electricity," manager of PLN of Aceh Jefri Rosiadi said here on Friday.
Jefri said there are 365 villages in 16 sub-district in the district bordering on North Sumatra, all having received electricity.
Earlier, Deputy Governor of Aceh Nova Iriansyah said the electrification ratio had reached 96.69 percent in the province, higher than the national average of of 92 percent.
Head of the Division of Sumatra Regional Operation of PLN Supriyadi said electrification ratio in Aceh is among the highest in the country.
